Toptracer Player Responsibility for Errant Ball Damage

As a golfer playing on the Robert Trent Jones Driving Range, powered by Toptracer, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Responsibility for Damage
Golfers are responsible for any damage caused by their golf balls, including but not limited to damage to vehicles, property, or injuries to individuals, whether within or outside the boundaries of the driving range.
2. Duty of Care
It is the responsibility of all golfers to exercise reasonable care when playing, including taking precautions to avoid hitting errant shots that may cause damage or injury.
3. Incident Reporting
In the event of an incident involving property damage or personal injury caused by your golf ball, you are required to report the incident to the golf course / driving range personnel immediately and provide your contact information.
4. Liability
The golf course and driving range is not liable for any damages or injuries caused by individual golfers. Any disputes regarding damages shall be resolved between the golfer and the affected party directly.
